As the Chief Commercial/Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of Mantis, positioning it as a leader in the blockchain space. About Mantis

Your Mission as a Solana Engineer:

Lead the development and optimization of smart contracts and decentralized applications using Solana.
Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability between Solana and other blockchains, such as Ethereum and Cosmos.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Solana-based solutions into our platform.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem, introducing new technologies and innovations to our projects.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and advanced Solana development techniques.

Your profile

Your Profile:

+3 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in Solana development and smart contract creation.
Solid understanding of Rust programming language.
Experience in developing cross-chain solutions, with knowledge of Cosmos SDK and Ethereum being a plus.
Strong familiarity with Solana’s decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for blockchain innovation
